October 2023 Event Calendar
Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like fall is on its way? I know, it's Sarasota, Florida, and we don't really get the change of season. But there's a certain crispness in the air that makes me wish for pumpkin spice and cozy décor. Just thinking about it makes me want to build a bonfire and curl up in a blanket!

Dance Choreography for the Holidays
Maybe it isn't that cold yet, but it's definitely time to start thinking about holiday choreography, right! Absolutely, it is. On that token, I've had the pleasure of working with a wonderful studio in Jacksonville, Florida, to choreograph their Christmas showcase entitled "Home for the Holidays."
I'm looking forward to being back in Jacksonville October 1-4 to continue refining the process we started last month. I'm excited to collaborate on the choreography, focusing on fine-tuning and adding style to it with all of the Kaluby's team. Here's a peak at what we've been working on:
Weekly Progressive Group Dance Classes
Since returning from Europe, we've had some fantastic group classes in September with Salsa and Bachata. In October we're adding American Rhythm Rumba on Wednesdays! Keep in mind that this is an advanced class, rumba aficionados should find this progressive class fun and engaging!
Continuing on Tuesdays we have our social level Salsa class. We've had such a blast and will build on the progression we've been learning in our Lakewood Ranch studio location. Come and immerse yourself in the rhythm, music, and excitement!
We will also be continuing our Friday Salsa and Bachata group classes next month at Sara Dance Center in Sarasota - social level bachata and beginner salsa beginning at 7pm and 7:45pm respectively. Join us for a Friday date night, or just to learn some new moves! No partner necessary.

Private Dance Lessons in the Sarasota and Tampa Bay Areas
October private dance lessons are filling up quickly. Let's work together to take your dancing to the next level. Partner or no partner, we can build a custom curriculum based on your needs and abilities. We also have upcoming showcases in October, November, and December to display your skills.
